Joanna has been actively involved in the arts all her life. An extensive dance and performance background actually led to her current pursuits in the visual arts-translating performance, choreography, and rhythm into the moving image. In addition to directing her own work, Joanna is a founding member of Roadside Pictures, a Boston-based film and video collaborative. She is also credited on several recent Roadside Pictures projects as an editor and producer.
